Advance Reader Copies
Read It Beforethe Finished Book Enters the Room.
Phoenix Phreedom makes selected Advance Reader Copies available for reviewers, media, librarians, educators, editorial platforms, reading communities, and other professionals positioned to engage seriously with the work before release.
ARC availability is limited and varies by title and publishing stage. Requests are considered individually.
The Standard
An ARC Is Not Simply a Free Copy.
It is an advance publishing copy placed intentionally with people who have a clear reason to encounter the work before its public release.
A large following is not the only measure of fit. Relevance, credibility, audience alignment, professional context, and the quality of the intended engagement all matter.
No positive review is required. Thoughtful engagement is.
How Requests Are Considered
Three Things Matter Before an Advance Copy Leaves the Publishing House.
01
Fit
ARC requests are reviewed in relation to the title, its intended readership, and the professional or editorial context of the request.
02
Purpose
Tell us what you intend to do with the work: review it, feature it, discuss it, consider it for a library or classroom, or bring it into another relevant professional setting.
03
Stewardship
Advance copies are pre-release publishing materials. Access comes with clear limitations on reproduction, redistribution, resale, and public posting.
Request Consideration
Bring Us the Context, Not a Pitch.
Tell us where you engage readers or audiences, which title you are requesting, and what you intend to do with the work.

Availability does not imply immediate delivery. ARC files are released according to each title's publishing stage.
