The Room Is Not Built Around Access.
It is built around what people are capable of doing with access once they have it.
Credentials, popularity, professional title, social status, and proximity to Phoenix Phreedom do not determine whether someone belongs here. The standard is how a person listens, questions, disagrees, contributes, and carries what another member trusted the room enough to share.
Membership opens the door. Conduct determines whether the room remains worth entering.

The Fire Room is for adults who can enter a conversation without needing to dominate it, agree with everything in it, or turn every exchange into performance.

What It Is Not
Privacy and Depth Require Clear Boundaries.
The Fire Room is not group therapy, crisis care, a dating room, a networking club, a lead-generation environment, or a place to gain access to other members for exploitation, solicitation, or status.
Members remain responsible for their own choices, conduct, and professional or personal support needs outside the room.
Admission
Membership Begins Before Payment.
The Fire Room does not use payment as its admission standard. Membership is offered after a staged process designed to make expectations visible on both sides.

Join the Fire Room waitlist and receive the orientation before an application is ever placed in front of you.

Understand what the Fire Room is, what it is not, what membership requires, and how admission works.

Application Invitation
When an enrollment window opens, selected waitlist members may receive an invitation to apply.

Applications are reviewed for alignment with the purpose, expectations, and standards of the room.

Covenant & Terms
Accepted applicants review the Community Covenant, membership terms, privacy expectations, and recurring billing conditions before enrollment.

Membership
Enrollment happens only after acceptance. Payment completes membership; it does not purchase admission.
Membership pricing, recurring billing terms, Community Covenant, and complete membership conditions are provided before an accepted applicant is asked to enroll.
Community Covenant
Access Is Granted.Stewardship Is Ongoing.
The Community Covenant exists to protect the integrity of the room. Serious or repeated violations of community standards (including harassment, breaches of privacy, exploitation of members, or conduct fundamentally incompatible with the purpose of the Fire Room) may result in warning, suspension, or membership revocation.
The standard does not end when someone is admitted.
