Phoenix Phreedom develops proprietary methodologies, frameworks, assessments, systems, and implementation materials designed to be used with intention. Selected intellectual property may be available for licensed or otherwise authorized use by qualified organizations, institutions, educators, practitioners, consultants, facilitators, agencies, and strategic partners.
Licensing does not transfer ownership. It defines exactly what may be used, by whom, for what purpose, under what conditions, and within what scope.
Qualified Use

Availability depends on the intellectual property, intended use, audience, delivery model, and level of authorization required.

Buying a workbook, completing an assessment, attending a program, or working with Phoenix Phreedom does not automatically create teaching, facilitation, practitioner, certification, distribution, organizational-use, or commercial rights.
Where licensing is available, the agreement defines the actual permissions. Rights that are not expressly granted remain reserved.

Phoenix Phreedom intellectual property may include proprietary methodologies, frameworks, assessments, questions, profile structures, scoring logic, diagrams, language, training materials, facilitator resources, implementation systems, instructional sequences, and related brand assets.
Selected properties may include work associated with EOSA, the Avalanche Method™, Phoenix Sovereign OS™, VERITY-MAP™, and other Phoenix Phreedom systems where formal licensing or authorized-use pathways are made available.
Standards
Permission Comes With Responsibility.
The purpose of licensing is not simply to expand access. It is to protect the integrity of the intellectual property while allowing qualified people and institutions to use it within a clearly defined scope.
The intended audience and use must be clearly defined.
The intellectual property must remain identifiable and protected.
Implementation must stay within the permissions actually granted.
Training, quality-control, confidentiality, attribution, and reporting requirements may apply.
