Phoenix Phreedom, Inc. strives to provide exceptional educational, coaching, consulting, digital, and membership experiences. Because many of our services involve immediate access to digital materials, reserved time, or customized work, refund eligibility varies by product or service.
Due to the immediate delivery of downloadable digital products, workbooks, templates, assessments, recordings, guides, and similar materials, purchases are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Membership fees provide access to digital content and member resources during the active subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not automatically generate refunds for charges already processed.
Individual coaching sessions may be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be considered completed sessions unless Phoenix Phreedom agrees otherwise.
Organizational consulting projects are governed by the applicable service agreement, proposal, or statement of work. Deposits, milestone payments, and completed work are generally non-refundable unless specifically stated in the governing agreement.
Event and retreat cancellation terms will be communicated for each individual program. Refund eligibility may depend upon venue obligations, planning expenses, and the timing of cancellation.
If you experience a billing problem, please contact Phoenix Phreedom before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. We are committed to resolving legitimate billing concerns promptly and professionally.
Phoenix Phreedom may issue refunds, credits, or other resolutions at its sole discretion when warranted by unique circumstances, technical errors, duplicate transactions, or legal requirements. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
