Erase One Limiting Belief Today

Mindset & Reprogramming

What if one belief, just one, has been holding you back from living the life you want? Today on Phoenix Phreedom, I'll guide you through a simple exercise to identify, challenge, and rewrite a limiting belief that no longer serves you. Stay with me, and let's begin. [Music] Welcome to Phoenix Phreedom. I'm your host, Kera Myles, here to help you rewrite your story, reprogram your mind, and break through life's barriers. Let's talk about those quiet beliefs that hold us back.

Maybe it's I'll always struggle financially. I'm too old to change my ways. No relationship I am in will ever work out. These thoughts might feel real and so true, but they're just stories we have absorbed. Here's the truth. You have the power to rewrite them.

Let me share a brief story that I used to carry. Someone once told me you are attractive, but if you lost 15 or 20 more pounds, you will have the world in the palm of your hands. For years, I believed I wasn't enough unless I changed how I looked. That belief held me back in relationships, leadership, and fully embracing my worth. One day, I asked myself why. Why am I giving so much power to someone else's opinion?

That belief was not mine. It was theirs, and it was time to let it go. Now it is your turn. Think about one belief holding you back. It might sound like I'm not good enough. I will fail if I try.

I want you to say that limiting belief out loud, and then I want you to write it down. Awareness is the first step to breaking free. If you are driving or working, make a mental note that you will revisit this later. The key is to identify the belief. Next, let's challenge that belief. Sit with yourself and ask, where did it come from?

Is it based on facts or fear? For me, I realized that comment about my weight reflected someone else's narrow view of beauty and success. It wasn't about me. Now think about your belief. Does it truly reflect on who you are or what you want to be? It is time to rewrite that story.

Replace that limiting belief with something empowering. For the limiting belief of I'm not good enough, let's replace that with I am more than enough just as I am. I have the skills, resilience, and courage to grow and achieve my goals. Every day I am becoming the best version of myself. Replace the limiting belief of I'll fail if I try with every step I take even if imperfect moves me closer to success. Trying is a victory in itself and even setbacks are opportunities to learn and grow.

Success is built on the effort and the persistence and I'm ready to take the first step. Now say your belief out loud and then I want you to write it down to let it sink in. Transformation happens when we take action. Ask yourself what's one small step you can take today to support your new belief. If your belief is I'm ready for change, maybe it's updating your resume or reaching out for advice. If it's I deserve happiness, maybe it's setting boundaries or prioritizing yourself.

Take that step no matter how small. Action builds momentum and momentum creates change. Remember, transformation begins within. You have the power to rewrite your story, reprogram your mind, and rise to your full potential. If you're ready for more tools and support, visit phoenixphreedom.com. Let's rise together, one belief, one step, one action at a time.
